take 65 north, thru Waterproof...
turn RIGHT at flashing light onto hwy 128, proceed east to St. Joseph...
(past Tensas Academy and High school on the left)
see the green STATE PARK sign RIGHT...SLOW NOW
slowly turn LEFT at dark brick building onto hwy 605

go north and see store (Ken Comer Store)...turn RIGHT there to hwy 604
a mile or so more (see levee)...slow down!
State Park sign and gate is a SLOW LEFT turn...roads become very narrow in the Park too!
Go SLOW, follow signs, ease to booth on left and pay $1...follow signs to launch left...
on way out you must go right and loop back around on very narrow park road.

Launch has slow angle so have enough rope tied to boat...
